It's a nice, safe place, with plenty of amenities.

If I ever have an issue, the problem is fixed in a decent amount of time. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

We've been living here for only 2 months and so far it's been good, no complaints yet. (well except that it seems that when we moved in they forgot to vacuum up the carpet cleaning residue so we were kicking up white "dust" as we moved out stuff in and i think that because it wasn't vacuumed up right after the carpet dried that it's caused the carpet to look almost matted and squished down. Also where the sliding glass door in where it lets in sunlight under the blinds the carpet now has a sun bleached stripe...) But for the price and the things that you get it's amazing! We're even wanting to upgrade to a larger unit :)

It really feels like a neighborhood. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. Groundskeepers do a wonderful job, and it's just a great place to live.

It's usually quiet (accept by the courtyard in summer) and the maintenance is definitely good here. The staff is friendly, grounds mostly clean, apartments are pretty nice for the space. Only real complaint I've ever had is that it's highly inconvenient getting money on the necessary laundry card if you work during office open hours. Everything else is great.

The office staff is very friendly. They are very professional, but make you feel like you are remenbered every time you deal with them. It is a wonderfully peaceful community and everyone I've met has been so friendly. Plenty of convenient parking and the amenities, such as laundry room, mail hut, playground, and trash recepticals are all very conveniently located.

I had a couple issues when I first moved in, but I really do enjoy living here. I gave the "noise" a 5 because I really don't hear my neghbors all that much. Some is to be expected. My real concern lately has been the drafts coming in under the doors. From complaints I hear fom other people living in other complexes, I feel very fortunate to be living here.

I have lived at Windmill Apts for 1.5 years. Grounds are kept very nice. Never a noise problem. Both maintenance and office staff go out of their way to be helpful. I'm very happy all around with my apt. Would definitely recommend.

I like the overall experience that I have had living here. Only thing I would change as soon as possible is the court yard lights don't come on when it gets dark when the time changes. It is very dark at 6-645pm, in the court yard.

The Staff has been very helpful and is making this process quite easy for me!!!
